These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 2k26 and its users. You must read and agree to these terms before using the 2k26 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, or any related features.

- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 2k26 platform, you are required to comply with the following rules. 2k26 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation.
- Fraud, hacking, bots, and the use of automated software on the platform are strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in games or the betting system to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Copying, republishing, or using platform content for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Users are solely responsible for all activity on their accounts. 2k26 reserves the right to monitor any activity deemed suspicious.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 2k26 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Approved mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Different limits may apply depending on the payment method.
- After a deposit, your balance is typically updated within 5–20 minutes.
- Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, additional verification may be required.
- Transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days.
2k26 confirms that when using third-party payment methods, the respective provider's own terms and conditions also apply.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

2k26 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity.
- Submission of false identity information or fraudulent documents.
- Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
- When a user submits a request to close their own account.
Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
2k26 reserves the right to modify, add to, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Upon your first login after any changes, you may be asked to confirm your acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
